KX Pilates Blackwood is a welcoming, supportive studio designed for real women with real lives. We specialise in helping busy mums and professionals feel stronger, move with ease, and reclaim time for themselves without pressure, intimidation, or unrealistic expectations. Our small group classes are guided by experienced trainers who meet you exactly where you’re at, so you don’t need to be “fit” to start — you just need to show up.
You can start straight away. There are no set intake dates, simply book into a class when you’re ready. Your 4 weeks starts from your first booking, not your purchase date.
Not at all. Most of our clients start with no Pilates experience. Our trainers guide you through every movement, explain the equipment, and help you feel comfortable from your very first class.
You don’t need to be fit to start - starting is how you get stronger. Every class can be modified to suit your body and experience level, so you’re always working at the right pace for you.
Absolutely not. Our studio is made up of real women with real lives, many juggling work, kids, and everything in between. Classes are small, supportive, and judgement-free, so you’ll feel welcomed, not watched.
Even 2 to 3 classes per week can make a noticeable difference in how you feel. We focus on consistency over perfection, so what matters most is finding a rhythm that fits your life.

KX reformer pilates is great for core, stability and conditioning - a full body workout. So many different exercises you can do on the reformer! The Blackwood studio is great with an awesome atmosphere. The instructors are all really friendly and supportive.

Absolutely love KX Blackwood! I’m feeling stronger every week, and I love how there are options to go harder or easier depending on where you’re at. It’s such a great alternative to intense weight training or high impact work and you don’t get any of the strain on your body. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
